Common questions.

Do I own my website?

You own your domain (registered in your name) and all your content — photos, copy, logo. We own the underlying code, the same way an architect owns their blueprints. While you're a client, the site is fully yours to use. This is standard practice for managed website services.

How long does it take?

Most Starter sites go live in 5–7 days. Standard sites take 10–14 days. Premium sites take 2–4 weeks depending on scope.

What's a 'small update'?

Anything that takes us under 30 minutes — changing photos, updating hours, adding a menu item, swapping testimonials, fixing typos. Bigger changes are quoted separately.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. After your setup fee, the monthly fee is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. (Launch offer clients commit to 6 months at the discounted rate.)

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your domain and everything you provided — photos, copy, content. The site comes offline since the code stays with us. You can hire any other team to build a new site whenever you want. We give 30 days notice and help you transition cleanly.
