Hi, I'm Chan — the person behind Northpoint Digital. I run it out of Hamilton, Ontario, and yes, I built the website you're reading too. Every email reply, every line of code, every phone call — it's me. No outsourced team, no junior account manager who disappears mid-project, no anonymous offshore studio.
I started Northpoint Digital for one reason: small businesses in Hamilton deserve better websites than what big agencies and template builders offer them.
